Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, you can request to switch to a higher or lower plan at any time. However, downgrading will remove features that are only available in the higher-tier plan. All changes will take effect in your next billing cycle after notify us— whether monthly or yearly—with no penalties or downtime.
Will I be charged automatically every month/year?
Yes. Subscriptions are auto-renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) to ensure uninterrupted service. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid renewal.
Can I cancel during the trial or subscription?
