We recommend Stripe subscription to avoid service interruption due to overdue payments. For those who prefer, we also accept bank transfer via invoice.

Yes. All data processed by AI-yo is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only your authorised team members can access your workspace. We do not sell, share, or use your customer data for external training. Your business information stays 100% private.

Yes, but only inside your secured workspace. Conversations are stored so that your AI can maintain context, provide accurate follow-ups, and generate reports. You can request deletion or data export at any time.

Yes. AI-yo follows PDPA guidelines, including responsible data handling, consent-based communication, and strict access control. We also support Official WhatsApp API which provides enterprise-level compliance for messaging.

Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure using AWS data centre in Sydney. Your AI model operates within your private project environment using API, ensuring your data is not exposed to public datasets or used for LLM training.

Yes. AI-yo can send automated follow-ups based on rules you define, such as unread messages, new leads, incomplete orders, booking reminders, or abandoned enquiries. AI is able to generate related follow up message itself based on the previous conversation.

AI-yo replies within 1–3 seconds on all channels, even during high-volume periods. It can handle unlimited chats at the same time without slowing down. But using unofficial WhatsApp we will suggest to put some delays between messages in order to reduce the banning risk.

Standard setup takes 5–10 working days depending on complexity. This includes chatbot building, training, channel integration, testing, and refining your AI’s tone and workflow.

We only need your product/service information, FAQs, workflow, pricing, brand tone, preferred automation logic, and some screenshots of the current customer chats for our references. Our team will handle the setup, training, and technical integration.

Yes. We provide continuous optimization, training updates, troubleshooting, new feature setup, and monthly review. Your AI improves over time as we fine-tune it based on real customer conversations.

Yes. While AI-yo is highly capable, it cannot replace human approval for sensitive decisions (e.g., bank transactions checking, refunds, legal matters). It may require clarification if customer messages are incomplete or unclear. And in that case AI can escalate the conversations to human agents by notifying them. Our team ensures the AI stays accurate through ongoing maintenance.
