You can delete your account and its data yourself, any time, from inside the app. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed. The app is made by AI-yo, Aignite Enterprise.
Delete it in the app
Open Purrfolio and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
Read the message and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
What happens to your data
Deleted straight away
Your account: email address, sign-in details and profile name or picture from Google or Facebook
Your membership of every household
Every household where you are the only member, with its cats, weight, food, litter and health records, reminders, and photos
The copy of your records stored on the device you deleted from
Stays with the household
In a household you share with other people, the cats and records you added stay with the remaining members, because they belong to the whole household
If you were its only owner, ownership passes to the member who has been in it longest
If you do not want shared records to remain, delete those cats and photos in the app before you delete your account.
Deleted information may remain in our provider's routine backups for a limited time until they are overwritten. If you were signed in on other devices, they lose access the next time they connect, and uninstalling the app there removes any cached copy.
Can't open the app?
If you can no longer use the app, you can ask us to delete the account for you. Email [email protected] from the address on the account (if you signed in with Google or Facebook, tell us which one). We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Signed in with Google or Facebook? Deleting your Purrfolio account removes everything we hold. It does not change your Google or Facebook account itself. You can also remove Purrfolio's access from that account's security settings.
